Carl Maria von Weber's Clarinet Concerto No. 1 in F Minor, Op. 73 and many were composed for the 5-key A (la) clarinet

Beethoven's Symphony No. 4 in B-flat Major, Op. 60, is a symphony that can be played on an A clarinet with 5 keys.
