Hakam Din accept payments via PayPal, Credit-Debit card via PayPal and wire transfer. At checkout, you will have all the options. For bank to bank wire transfer, you will receive bank details via email after completing your order at the checkout.  


Expedited Worldwide shipping

Hakam Din utilizes DHL, UPS, DPEX, and FedEx for expedited worldwide shipping. You can track your item on their respective websites. Typically, delivery takes between 3 to 7 days to reach your door, although delivery times may vary depending on the country/zone.


Normal Worldwide shipping
Hakam Din employs the National Postal Service for standard worldwide shipping. Your package will be delivered through your National Postal Service. Typically, this method takes between 20 to 25 days for delivery to your door. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the country/zone.


Waiting Time
Some of our products have a waiting time of 15 to 25 days. Please bear this in mind when selecting a shipping option. Not all items listed on our site are available immediately, so choosing a shipping option implies that the shipping time begins after the waiting period. (Please send us a message after placing your order to inquire about the waiting time.)


Shipping From:
Since 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the decision to close our warehouses in the USA and UK. Consequently, we have been directly shipping our products to our valued customers worldwide from our factory in Pakistan. Therefore, please be aware that upon arrival, you may be required to pay import duties, although these are expected to be minimal.


Return, Shipping, and Refund Policy:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the item price (excluding shipping costs) or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which should be sent via normal/regular post. The returned item must be in its original packaging and condition, showing no signs of wear or abuse. 


Damage Upon Arrival:

If you have received a damaged package upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will request digital pictures of the damaged item to assess the situation further and proceed accordingly. Your prompt communication allows us to expedite the resolution process efficiently.
